TAF Master User FAQ

What does TAF Master do?
TAF Master is a tell-a-friend service. We do not send out any mail on our own... we simply forward a message to you from your friend on their behalf.

Is TAF Master spam?
TAF Master is not spam (unsolicited commercial e-mail) and we are stringent in our efforts to guard against it. Sometimes users believe they are receiving spam because they don't know who sent them a message through us, but we are only a service to pass along messages between friends. We take any abuse of our system very seriously.

We can stop you from receiving or sending TAF Master tell-a-friend messages, but we cannot unsubscribe you from offers signed up with our partners. When sending a message through the TAF Master service, you will have the opportunity to sign-up for offers with our partners. In these cases, we cannot unsubscribe you from the offers you subscribed to through our service. You must unsubscribe from each offer that you do not want to receive, using the unsubscribe instructions in the email you receive.

Can I get my email blocked from sending/receiving TAF Master messages?
Occasionally, someone will abuse our service and send multiple or harassing messages. If you would like your e-mail blocked, there will be a link in the bottom of the e-mail that will take you to a page where you can automatically have your e-mail blocked. Taking this action will block you from sending or receiving TAF Master messages.

If you have any problems or questions, please write us at abuse@tafmaster.com.

Who sent this to me?
The TAF Master message will contain the name, e-mail, and IP address of the sender as well as the exact time they sent the email.

Occasionally, someone will put in a fake name or e-mail to abuse our system. However, having the IP address allows us to gather some information on the sender, so we can take steps to stop any abuse or prosecute when necessary. If you believe you are a victim of abuse through the TAF Master system, please forward the message with a short explanation to abuse@tafmaster.com.

Can I reply to the person who sent this to me?
Yes. Simply hit reply to the e-mail you received from TAF Master, and your message will be sent to address that was submitted to us.

What do you do to prevent abuse?
We pass along the IP address of the sender to discourage, track down, stop, and/or prosecute any abuse of our system.

We have a limit on the number of messages one person can send or receive.

If you believe you are a victim of abuse through the TAF Master system, please forward the message with a short explanation to abuse@tafmaster.com.
